1. What is your business hours?
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CST)
2. Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can place an order by phone. You can call us at 0086-0312-6679388 or 0086-13520082425 during normal business hours.
If you are calling during non-business hours, please leave your contact information when prompted. We will contact you on the next business day. Telephone orders and exchange requests may be recorded for training or order verification.
3. What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Western Union and PayPal.
Please note: We do not currently accept gift cards. These transactions will be rejected and your account will be retained for the specified transaction amount. This reservation will usually be released on its own within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the credit card company being issued.

5. Do you charge a sales tax?
We try to avoid paying more taxes. Of course, we also have tax certificates in the UK, USA, France, Germany, and the Czech Republic. If you need proof of customs clearance, you can contact us and request a submission or tax certificate. As of November 1, 2019, the current business tax rate is 10.25%.
6. How long does it take to ship an order?
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. If you place an order at 3 pm (CST), most orders will be processed and shipped on the same day. In some cases, it may take 1 to 3 business days or more to process your order before it can be shipped. Some of the reasons for delays in order shipping are: incorrect or incomplete shipping or billing information, and your shipping address is a PO Box. After packing, you will need additional documentation to verify your order, otherwise we will not be able to purchase your item at this time. If we are out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible. We can only ship to the PO Box. If you provide the actual street address, please enter it in the box. Orders received after 3:00 pm Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
* Delivery time is calculated on weekdays. The delivery time is not counted on weekends.
**The shipping time of USPS and UPS Surepost is not guaranteed. They are only estimated arrival times. In order to guarantee delivery time, you must choose UPS Ground Service or higher.
7. What is the transportation time for expedited transportation?
Expedited shipping options: (Day 2 flight, Day 2 flight and 3 day selection) will do your best to process your order so that it can be shipped when we pick up the next scheduled parcel.
Example: If you place an order before 3 pm on Monday CST and choose UPS Next Day Air, your order will be sent the same day, you can expect the package to be sent on Tuesday (the next day's Air will arrive on Wednesday, 3 Day Select will arrive on Thursday.) If you place an order after 3 pm on Monday CST and choose UPS Next Day Air, your order will be shipped on Tuesday, and you can expect the package to be sent on Wednesday (the next day the flight will arrive on Thursday, 3 days fine) The election will arrive on Friday).
There are exceptions on weekends because UPS is not delivered on weekends.
Example: If you place an order at 3 pm CST on Friday and choose UPS Next Day Air, you can choose the package on next Monday (the next day Air arrives on Tuesday, 3 Day Select arrives on Wednesday).
8. What holidays are observed, will this affect the transportation of the package?
The holidays we forbidden to operate are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year's Day. Orders placed in these days will be processed on the next business day. In addition, order delivery may be delayed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Our main carrier, UPS, will only ship the next day and the next day of air parcels. All other service types will be delayed until the next business day.
9. Are you international shipping or APO / FPO shipping?
Yes, we ship to all locations that offer UPS and USPS services. In addition to any taxes imposed by the Customs on imported goods, you should also pay UPS brokerage fees. Customs laws vary from country to country.
Orders to APO / FPO or US territory will be shipped via the USPS mail service.
Important tax information for international orders:
Once the parcel arrives in your country, your parcel will be subject to import duties and duties. As an importer of goods, you must pay the bonus.
